Our office finally pitched in and purchased this coffee maker, after years of going through leaky household-type coffee makers. We used to run two coffee makers all day long - probably eight pots per day each. Our new Bunn is faster and can keep up with our demand. Be aware that this Bunn VLPF does NOT include the two decanters pictured. Only when the box arrived, did the outside of the box mention "decanters not included." We've been using it for over a week now and so-far-so-good. I also purchased the extra 3-year warranty, just in case.

The Bunn VLPF is one of the best coffee makers on the market. I run a little coffee center at work, making coffee all day. It does not take very long to make a couple pots of coffee, thus reducing the time away from work.

THIS IS OUR 2ND UNIT WE'VE PERCHED FROM AMAZON & WE LOVE IT. THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS UNBELIEVABLE. WE HAD A SMALL PROBLEM & THEY SENT OUT A REPLACEMENT BEFORE I CAN RETURN THE BAD UNIT. WE WILL BE DOING MORE BUSSNESS IN THE FUTURE.

I've already en joyed a few coffees from her Bunn. She really likes this decanter. Maybe I didn't read the description throughly but it is plastic. She however like it and feels it is stronger than the glass one.

There is a very negative review, so if was not for Amazon's free shipping we might not have purchased this. Thank goodness for that offer, our office likes it. Main benefit, the plastic and metal means we do not worry about breaking it in everyday use. One of the reasons we needed to get a new one! It appears to scald on the bottom but we had that same problem with glass. This design is suited for us with a group of users but no one really taking responsibility.
